Job descriptionEducation : Bachelor’s degree (or higher) in Computer Science or a related field. Experience : 5+ years of professional Java development experience. Strong proficiency in Java, including generics and lambda expressions. Deep understanding of OOP principles, design patterns, multi-threading, and concurrency. Advanced SQL / MySQL knowledge. Hands-on experience with Redis, AWS services, Docker, and Kubernetes. Expertise in Spring Boot, Spring MVC, and Spring WebFlux frameworks. Proven ability to implement unit and integration testing. Excellent communication and cross-departmental collaboration skills. Fast learner who’s adaptable to new technologies. Strong problem-solving mindset and a proactive approach to challenges. Experience working in a startup or high-pressure environment. Familiarity with advanced debugging tools and techniques. A track record of taking full ownership of projects and driving them to completion.
