What you will do:
Our Amusement Electronics Technicians are an integral part of the team who ensure our guests are provided with an exceptional entertainment experience. Our Amusement Electronics Technicians are depended on to conduct preventative maintenance diagnostics and keep all gaming equipment to the highest industry standards. With a range of duties including the safe installation, testing, inspection, preventative maintenance, and repairs of gaming equipment, they are valued members of the team.
In this role, your responsibilities include (but are not limited to):
- Execute both preventative maintenance and the repairing of gaming and attractions equipment and the installing software and software upgrades in compliance with best industry practices and manufacturer's recommended practices.
- Remove and replace worn components.
- Inspecting equipment and documenting maintenance in daily, weekly and monthly logs where applicable.
- Respond quickly to custom concerns and fix gaming issues as requested.
- Comply with all safety procedures, maintaining good housekeeping and safety of work areas. Adhere to all health and safety requirements by the organization and recognize danger and safety hazards and propose methods to eliminate them.
- Perform other duties as required.
Qualifications:
This role may be a perfect fit for you if:
- You have a college diploma in Electronics or similar fields.
- You have experience working in a similar field or with gaming equipment repairs and using preventative measures for gaming equipment.
- You are highly motivated, organized, reliable and have strong problem-solving skills.
- You have flexible availability to support after-hours gaming related activities and work outside of operating hours for installations, deliveries, and removal or repair of games.
- You are able to work both independently and in a team environment as required.
