The Opportunity

We’re currently looking for a Red Seal Certified Automotive Technician to join our high-performing service team.

Our shop is extremely busy with more work than we can currently handle, providing consistent hours, strong earning potential, and the opportunity to stay productive every day. If you’re a motivated professional who wants to flag hours and be part of a fast-paced, high-volume shop — this is the opportunity you’ve been waiting for.

The Drive Ahead

• Perform advanced diagnostics, repairs, and maintenance according to OEM standards
• Accurately complete multi-point inspections and recommend required services
• Work closely with Service Advisors to ensure clear and effective communication with customers
• Complete repair orders efficiently while maintaining high standards of workmanship
• Conduct post-repair test drives and quality control checks
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment
• Support the team through collaboration and mentorship

Performance Essentials

• Red Seal Certified Automotive Technician (Journeyman)
• Proven experience in diagnostics, electrical, and mechanical systems
• High attention to detail and commitment to getting it right the first time
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced, team-based shop
• Proficiency with diagnostic equipment, repair software, and OEM tools
• Valid driver’s license with a clean abstract
