The Opportunity
Imagine joining a company that has spent decades helping manufacturers solve complex production challenges through smart engineering and automation. Backed by a global technology group and known for technical excellence, this organization is stepping into its next chapter of growth.
What makes this role particularly compelling is why it exists.
After building a dominant presence in automotive and adjacent sectors, the company is now intentionally expanding beyond those traditional markets. They are investing in new industries, new applications, and new relationships, creating a rare opportunity to help shape the next phase of the business.
This is not about maintaining existing accounts or competing in saturated territory. This is about identifying where automation can unlock value in new sectors and being the person who brings that vision to life.
For someone with a foundation in automation, manufacturing, or automotive environments, this is a chance to leverage that expertise in a broader, more entrepreneurial context, with fewer internal constraints and significantly greater upside.
Position Description
If you understand how production environments operate and can translate that knowledge into new applications, this role offers both influence and reward.
More importantly, it offers timing—and upside.
You are stepping into a business that has already proven itself in automotive and manufacturing, and is now deliberately expanding beyond it. The foundation is built. The credibility is established. What’s missing is the person who can take that capability into new industries and turn it into meaningful, scalable revenue.
This is not about inheriting a crowded territory or defending existing accounts. It’s about creating new ones—identifying where automation can unlock value, opening doors, and building something that didn’t exist before.
For the right individual, this represents a rare combination: strong backing, minimal internal competition, and a direct line between the growth you create and the rewards you earn.
