Proactively collaborates with internal teams/departments to promote a culture of inclusiveness and cooperation

Directly responsiblefor the promotion and sale of Stryker products
Educate and inform doctors, nurses, andappropriate staffpersonnel as to the proper use and maintenance of Stryker Products
Direct product evaluations in operating rooms,hospitalsand office settings
Mayassistin the preparation and operation of trade shows, conventions, and/or clinical meetings
Keep Regional Sales Manager informed of territory progress on a regular basis
Solve product problems for customers inan expeditiousfashion
Assistin the training and development of sales personnel
Manageandmaintaina sample inventory of products
Must understand and adhere to all operating room and pertinent Occupational Health and Safety Act guidelines when conducting a product evaluation
Required:
University Degree
1+ years in an outside sales or clinical experience
Preferred:
Degree in business with an emphasis in marketing,ora degree in ahealth relateddiscipline, science, or kinesiology
3+ years in outside sales
Must be able to travel (ground and air) to support territory responsibilities as well as company-related duties and obligations.
Must have a valid driver's license
$80,000 - $100,000 CAD and may be eligible to earn variable
Travel Percentage: 90%
