About the Role

As a Parts Coordinator with our Fleet team, you will:

  • Receive, store, and issue spare and replacement parts, equipment, and expendable items used in the repair or maintenance of highway trucks, trailers, pumps, vacuum trucks and related equipment;
  • Develop a thorough understanding of our Fleet Software to facilitate and manage the replenishment and allocation of parts;
  • Communicate all issues related to the ordering and replenishment process to stakeholders;
  • Work closely with the service technicians to identify parts and assemblies required to complete in-shop jobs;
  • Develop strong relationships with suppliers and contacts, and continually monitor preferred vendors and parts availability;
  • Delegate the resources needed to, or drive to pick up incoming parts or deliver parts to other locations;
  • Reconcile invoices and receipts for fleet and inventory purchases.
About You
  • 1-3 years of experience in the fleet industry preferred;
  • Positive attitude with a willingness to learn;
  • Organizational and time management skills;
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills;
  • Experience with fleet software programs and systems an asset;
  • Knowledge of mechanical parts and processes;
  • Driver’s abstract in good standing.
