What You Can Expect

Procurement & Order Management

  • Issue and monitor purchase orders with suppliers.
  • Ensure delivery deadlines and order accuracy are met.
  • Communicate proactively with suppliers to resolve delays, discrepancies, or supply issues.

Inventory Management

  • Lead and coordinate weekly and annual inventory counts.
  • Analyze inventory variances and support corrective actions to improve stock accuracy.
  • Communicate Monthly inventory adjustments to Accounting
  • Perform the assemblies in ACCPAC of the finished products.
  • Review & communicate the monthly Goods in Transit.\

Invoice Review and Issue Resolution

  • Collaborate with Accounts Payable, Internal Stakeholders and Suppliers to review, investigate, and resolve supplier invoice discrepancies.

Supplier Onboarding & Qualification

  • Assist in the creation of new suppliers.

Quality Documentation Management

  • Collect, maintain, and update required quality documentation (NDA, etc.).

Supplier Performance & KPI Tracking

  • Establish, maintain, and communicate key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure supplier performance and delivery reliability.

Monthly Supplier Statistics

  • Gather monthly supplier statistics and forward them to the Quality department.

How You'll Create Impact/What Makes You Stand Out

  • 3 to 5 year’s experience in Procurement.
  • Advance computer skills and very Knowledgeable of Excel.
  • Comfortable in French and English written and spoken.
  • Driving the procurement process by implementing and managing projects to a successful conclusion.
  • The ability to leverage interpersonal skills to establish and develop relationships with all key stakeholders: suppliers, customers & colleagues.
  • The ability to persuade, influence and explore positions and alternatives to reach outcomes that will gain acceptance of all parties and will also meet Zimmer Biomet’s strategic procurement objectives.
  • The ability to visualize, articulate, and solve both complex and uncomplicated problems and concepts and make decisions that make sense based on all available information.
  • The ability and drive for achieving and surpassing targets against an internal or external standards of excellence. This is about showing a passion for improving the delivery of services with a commitment to continuous improvement in the procurement process.

Approvisionnement et gestion des commandes

  • Émettre et assurer le suivi des bons de commande auprès des fournisseurs.

  • Veiller au respect des délais de livraison et à l’exactitude des commandes.

  • Communiquer de manière proactive avec les fournisseurs afin de résoudre les retards, écarts ou problèmes d’approvisionnement.

Gestion des stocks

  • Diriger et coordonner les inventaires hebdomadaires et annuels.

  • Analyser les écarts d’inventaire et soutenir les actions correctives afin d’améliorer l’exactitude des stocks.

  • Communiquer les ajustements mensuels d’inventaire au service de la comptabilité.

  • Effectuer les assemblages des produits finis dans ACCPAC.

  • Examiner et communiquer mensuellement les marchandises en transit.

Vérification des factures et résolution des écarts

  • Collaborer avec les comptes fournisseurs, les parties prenantes internes et les fournisseurs afin d’examiner, d’analyser et de résoudre les écarts de facturation.

Intégration et qualification des fournisseurs

  • Participer à la création et à l’intégration de nouveaux fournisseurs.

Gestion de la documentation qualité

  • Recueillir, maintenir et mettre à jour la documentation qualité requise (NDA, etc.).

Suivi de la performance des fournisseurs et des indicateurs clés (KPI)

  • Établir, maintenir et communiquer les indicateurs clés de performance (KPI) afin de mesurer la performance des fournisseurs et la fiabilité des livraisons.

Statistiques mensuelles des fournisseurs

  • Recueillir les statistiques mensuelles des fournisseurs et les transmettre au service Qualité.

Comment vous créerez de l’impact / Ce qui vous démarque

  • 3 à 5 ans d’expérience en approvisionnement.

  • Excellentes compétences informatiques et maîtrise avancée d’Excel.

  • À l’aise en français et en anglais, à l’écrit comme à l’oral.

  • Capacité à piloter le processus d’approvisionnement en mettant en œuvre et en gérant des projets jusqu’à leur aboutissement avec succès.

  • Excellentes aptitudes relationnelles permettant d’établir et de développer des relations solides avec les principales parties prenantes : fournisseurs, clients et collègues.

  • Capacité à persuader, influencer et explorer différentes positions et alternatives afin d’atteindre des résultats acceptés par toutes les parties, tout en répondant aux objectifs stratégiques d’approvisionnement de l’entreprise.

  • Capacité à analyser, conceptualiser et résoudre des problèmes complexes ou simples, et à prendre des décisions pertinentes fondées sur l’ensemble des informations disponibles.

  • Motivation et capacité à atteindre et dépasser des objectifs selon des standards d’excellence internes ou externes, avec une passion pour l’amélioration continue des processus d’approvisionnement.

Votre profil

Diplôme d’études collégiales ou supérieur.

L’Anglais est exigé pour collaborer efficacement avec différentes équipes. Environnement de travail bilingue ou international
