In this hybrid role, you will be the creative engine behind a diverse portfolio of brands. You aren't just an editor or a designer; you are a digital native who is equally comfortable behind the lens, in front of the camera, or crafting the perfect caption. You will take ownership of the end-to-end content lifecycle—from brainstorming the next viral trend to technical post-production— ensuring every piece of content resonates with its specific audience.

Responsibilities
Strategy & Planning: Collaborate on content calendars and strategy, ensuring all ideas align with core brand messaging and voice.

End-to-End Production: Manage the entire creative process, including pre-production planning, lighting/set design, shooting (on-site and in-studio), and post-production editing.

Platform Expertise: Leverage the full suite of tools within TikTok, Meta, LinkedIn, Pinterest, and YouTube to maximize engagement.

Trend Activation: Stay ahead of digital shifts, quickly turning trending topics into high-quality content.

Copywriting: Craft compelling captions and organic social copy that drives community interaction.

Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner with paid social teams to repurpose content for advertisements and assist with community management as needed.

Qualifications
Experience: 3+ years of professional experience in multi-platform content creation.

Technical Proficiency: Expert-level skills in Adobe Premiere and the broader Adobe Creative Suite.

Studio Skills: Hands-on experience with studio lighting (ranging from bright/airy to moody/cinematic) and set propping.

On-Camera Comfort: Willingness to act as the "face" of content or conduct interviews during brand activations.

Niche Expertise: Prior experience with food styling or recipe shoots is strongly preferred.

Mobility: Ability to travel to various site locations for experiential or retail shoots as required.

Storytelling: A proven track record of developing content strategies that connect with audiences through visual and written narrative.
