Job description
Our client, a leading digital-first financial services brand known for its innovative approach to banking, is seeking a creative and versatile Content Creator to join their growing team. In this role, you will be the creative engine behind the brand’s online presence—responsible for developing high-impact content across multiple platforms, managing the social calendar, and pushing the boundaries of digital storytelling. If you are a proactive creator who lives and breathes social trends and knows how to turn a complex message into a thumb-stopping video, we want to hear from you.

Advantages
Brand Ownership: Take a lead role in shaping the visual identity and voice of a major national digital brand.

Creative Autonomy: Opportunity to conceptualize, shoot, and edit original content with the freedom to experiment with new formats and trends.

Collaborative Environment: Work within a fast-paced, agile team that values proactive ideation and fresh perspectives.

Career Growth: Gain high-level exposure to social and creator strategies within the fintech and banking sector.

Stability & Reach: Combine the creative energy of a boutique agency with the resources and reach of a major financial institution.

Responsibilities
Content Development & Production: Produce original, in-house video and static content for feed and stories. Innovate with new formats to drive engagement and analyze metrics to identify optimization opportunities.

Short-Form Video Mastery: Conceptualize, shoot, and edit breakthrough content specifically tailored for TikTok and Instagram Reels.

Social Calendar Management: In partnership with the Senior Strategy Manager, plan and maintain a comprehensive content calendar across all platforms, ensuring timely delivery and alignment with brand objectives.

Graphic Design: Design compelling visuals and campaign graphics using Adobe Creative Suite or Canva, ensuring strict adherence to brand guidelines.

Copywriting: Craft engaging captions, headlines, and social copy, adapting the tone for diverse audiences and platforms.

Trend Monitoring: Stay at the forefront of social algorithms and cultural trends to ensure the brand remains relevant and "shareable."

Qualifications
2–5 years of experience in content creation, social media management, or a related digital marketing field.

Proven Portfolio: A strong marketing portfolio showcasing high-quality social content (TikTok, Instagram, Facebook, YouTube, Reddit).

Technical Proficiency: Expert-level skills in video editing and graphic design tools (e.g., Adobe Premiere, After Effects, Photoshop, or Canva).

Social Fluency: Deep knowledge of social media trends, platform-specific algorithms, and best practices.

Soft Skills: Exceptional organizational skills and the ability to thrive in a small, fast-paced team environment.

Nice-to-Haves:

Bilingualism: Fluency in French is a significant asset.

Market Insight: A strong understanding of the Quebec market.

Industry Background: Prior experience in the Banking/Financial sector or Agency-side experience.

Advanced Copywriting: Specialized experience in long-form or high-conversion social copy.

Summary
This is a unique opportunity for a digital-native creator to bridge the gap between creative artistry and strategic marketing. Our client is looking for a self-starter who doesn't just follow trends but anticipates them. If you are ready to bring a fresh, human perspective to the world of digital banking and have the technical chops to back it up, apply today to help us redefine our brand’s social future.
