Engineering Head

As Engineering Head, you will lead and grow a talented team of Front-end and Back-end developers, along with QA professionals, driving operational excellence and ensuring the timely delivery of high-quality gaming projects.
This role is ideal for someone with a blend of technical expertise, project management experience, and business acumen, someone who is passionate about mentoring, building scalable solutions, and inspiring a diverse team of professionals.
Key Responsibilities :
- Lead and set strategic direction for the Engineering team, aligning efforts with business objectives.
- Oversee end-to-end project and product delivery, ensuring successful execution and timely launches.
- Manage and prioritize workloads, optimizing resource allocation and meeting deadlines.
- Collaborate with product, design, and operations teams to turn business requirements into robust technical solutions.
- Drive best practices in Agile methodologies, CI / CD, code quality, and emerging technologies such as AI and real-time systems.
- Monitor team performance, system reliability, and project progress using data-driven insights.
- Ensure compliance with data privacy, security standards, and industry regulations.
- Mentor and develop team leads and individual contributors, supporting both technical and career growth.
- Foster an inclusive, innovative culture that encourages knowledge sharing, experimentation, and continuous improvement.
- Recruit, onboard, and retain top engineering talent to support team growth.
- Identify project risks and implement proactive mitigation strategies.
- Build strong relationships with internal teams, partners, vendors, and clients.
- Stay current on industry trends, emerging technologies, and best practices in gaming development.
- Plan, manage, and optimize engineering budgets to support growth.
- Report to the COO on project status, budgets, timelines, and resource allocation.
