Job description4% vacation pay on each weekly pay cheque Weekly pay Medical and dental benefits after qualification Free training programs Fast onboarding process Accurate and timely preparation of invoices, credits, adjustments and transfer to Financial Reporting system Review with individual branches to ensure accuracy of billable goods and services Maintain billing system filing and document records Collaborate with internal & external parties to resolve customer issues, concerns and inquiries Identify opportunities for improvement Reconciliation and monitoring of error reports and relevant reports from internal and external systems Maintain ownership of platforms with responsibility for system configuration, new client / onboarding, administration, and submissions of invoices Prepare departmental reports and assist with data collection Review, implement and recommend process improvements as per agreed upon Terms and Conditions Monitor billing inboxes and respond to customer requests timely Ensure internal policies and processes are adhered to Deliver on established deadlines, Key Performance Indicators (KPI) and Performance Metrics Assist with Audit Reviews and month‑end close process Other duties as assigned by Manager Minimum 2‑3 years of experience in billing Proficiency in Excel and billing software Strong attention to detail and strong organizational skills
Billing Coordinator (Contract)
Adecco is currently seeking a Billing Coordinator to join our client’s team on a 1‑year contract. The successful candidate will be responsible for verifying data and contracts, resolving discrepancies, and preparing final invoices for customers.
Compensation & Location
- Pay rate : $25 / hour
- Location : Brampton, ON
- Shifts : Monday‑Friday | 9 : 00am‑5 : 00pm
- Job type : 1‑year contract
