About the Role
The Administrative Coordinator provides a range of financial, administrative, operational and project support for the Faculty of Communication, Art and Technology (FCAT) – Office of the Dean. The Coordinator is responsible for coordinating the day-to-day operational activities of the Office of the Dean, providing confidential administration support, supporting the administrative activities and processes related to the temporary personnel appointment process and managing the facility and operational requirements within the Faculty.
Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or a related discipline and two years of related experience, including project management or an equivalent combination of education, training and experience.
- Excellent planning and project coordination skills.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication (verbal, written and presentation) skills.
- Excellent organizational, time-management, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work independently, establish priorities, meet deadlines and work on a number of different initiatives concurrently.
- Ability to handle highly confidential information and material with discretion.
