Your role within the team:

To perform this role successfully, the candidate will be responsible for, but not limited to, the following:

  • Support the Project Manager with project deliverables such as project coordination, estimating, engineering, quality assurance, procurement, planning and cost control, construction management, safety, and scheduling.
  • Preparing progress reports on project status for clients and senior management.
  • Developing key project documentation. Proof reading and correction of both technical and nontechnical reports.
  • Ensuring that project deliverables are in accordance with all applicable codes and standards.
  • Facilitate ongoing communications with the client.
  • Maintain good working relationships with internal groups who support the project such as Engineering, Procurement, Construction Management, Project Controls.

The ideal candidate:

  • An engineering or construction degree from a recognized educational institute.
  • Completed, or are eligible, to register in a recognized Project Management program.
  • Minimum of 2 - 3 years’ previous related experience in a project management environment working in consultancy or construction, working concurrently on multiple projects valued from $5M to $50M.
  • Proficiency in MS Office Suite and MS Project and a variety of standard Project Management tools, methods, and techniques, along with the ability to easily evaluate and prioritize tasks where conflicting priorities exist.
  • Excellent English language skills (reading, spoken, written and comprehension).

Expected compensation for this role is between Pay Range $73,600 - $101,200 annually. Base salaries are determined according to several parameters like skills, experience, and potential impact on the role. Internal and external competitiveness are also taken into account in our offers.
