The Project Coordinator is responsible for coordinating the entry and management of various electrical projects for the BC Region. Responsibilities: - Entering all orders. - Tracking orders to ensure delivery times are met. - Making required adjustments/changes to orders. - Approving drawings. - Monitoring billing and ensuring accuracy and timeliness. - Managing any order returns and or modifications i.e. addition to the order. - Vendor Relations. - Customer information sharing. - Problem solving for any orders or customer inquiries. - Customer clarification regarding order or progress. Education & Training: - High School Diploma required. - University/College Diploma preferred, with a focus in Sales and/or Marketing. - Knowledge of Microsoft Office required. Experience: - 1- 3 years related experience required.
