This position specifically supports a significant project for a major North American financial organization, focusing on the precision of data reported to senior leadership. You will ensure that every piece of analysis we provide is grounded in logic and clear evidence.

What You Will Do
  • Gather and clean data from various sources to support internal mandates and client reviews.
  • Build and maintain dashboards that track the performance of financial portfolios for our North American financial services client.
  • Assist principals in identifying trends within a holding company to support portfolio clarity.
  • Create simple, clear visualizations that explain complex trends to non-technical stakeholders.
  • Perform routine quality checks on data to ensure accuracy and consistency across all strategy reports.
  • Research industry benchmarks to provide context for the performance of specific client investments.
  • Draft brief summaries of findings that focus on plain English rather than technical jargon.
  • Support the firm in building efficient internal systems for tracking project progress and resource allocation.
What We Are Looking For
  • A curious mindset and a genuine interest in how large organizations are governed and structured.
  • Basic familiarity with data visualization software such as Power BI or Tableau.
  • Logical thinking skills with the ability to spot errors or outliers in a dataset.
  • Strong writing skills and the ability to present a clear argument based on data.
  • A basic understanding of how spreadsheets work for organizing and calculating information.
  • The ability to work independently in a remote setting while staying organized.
