Reporting to the Director of Finance, this role will act as a key right hand, owning critical accounting functions, leading a team, and helping shape the future of the finance function.

Responsibilities:

• Take ownership of the month-end close process and drive continuous improvement
• Lead and mentor a team across AP, AR, and accounting
• Oversee day-to-day accounting operations with a hands-on approach
• Support budgeting, forecasting, and cash flow analysis
• Partner with business leaders to provide financial insights and support decision-making
• Play a key role in acquisition integration and process enhancements
• Assist with financial reporting and statement preparation

Requirements:

• CPA designation is REQUIRED
• 3+ years of accounting experience within a manufacturing environment is MANDATORY
• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field preferred
• Proven leadership or team management experience is an asset
• Strong communication skills with the ability to influence and collaborate
• Driven, adaptable, and excited to grow with a scaling organization
