Our rapidly growing, manufacturing client is looking to add an Assistant Controller to their team! With strong revenue growth and an active acquisition strategy, this is a unique opportunity to join a company scaling quickly and building out its finance leadership bench.
Reporting to the Director of Finance, this role will act as a key right hand, owning critical accounting functions, leading a team, and helping shape the future of the finance function.

Reporting to the Director of Finance, this role will act as a key right hand, owning critical accounting functions, leading a team, and helping shape the future of the finance function.

Responsibilities:
- Take ownership of the month-end close process and drive continuous improvement
- Lead and mentor a team across AP, AR, and accounting
- Oversee day-to-day accounting operations with a hands-on approach
- Support budgeting, forecasting, and cash flow analysis
- Partner with business leaders to provide financial insights and support decision-making
- Play a key role in acquisition integration and process enhancements
- Assist with financial reporting and statement preparation
- CPA designation is REQUIRED
- 3+ years of accounting experience within a manufacturing environment is MANDATORY
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field preferred
- Proven leadership or team management experience is an asset
- Strong communication skills with the ability to influence and collaborate
- Driven, adaptable, and excited to grow with a scaling organization
