As we scale, financial accuracy, discipline, and strongcontrols are critical.Werelooking for aDirector of Accountingto own the accounting foundation of the business while also supporting planning, forecasting, and financial visibility as the company grows.

AsourDirector ofAccounting,youllbe responsible forthe integrity, accuracy, and reliability of our financials. This is a hands-on role with end-to-end ownership of close, accounting judgment, and financialcontrols, paired with strong analytical and modeling skills to support budgeting, forecasting, and cash planning.

What YoullDo :

• Own the monthly and annual financial close, including review and sign-off, and act as the primary point of accountability for financial accuracy.
• Oversee accounting operations and financial governance, ensuring strong internalcontrols, compliance, audit readiness, and well-documented processes.
• Apply independent accounting judgmentacross complex accounting matters to ensureappropriate treatmentandaccuratereporting.
• Maintain financial models, forecasts, and budgetsto support operational planning, cash flow visibility, and resourcing decisions.
• Manage company-wide budgeting,monitorbudget vs. actuals, and highlight risks or variances as they arise.
• Manage cash flow tracking and forecasting, supporting liquidity planning and disciplined spend management.
• Design, implement, and enforce finance processes and SOPs, includingdocumentation standards and diligence-ready records.
• Own and support cross-border accounting and financial operations, including coordination across multi-entity structures andjurisdictions, and working with external advisors to ensureappropriate compliance, documentation, and reporting.
• Support investor and external stakeholder processes, including preparing financial materials andassistingwith due diligence whenrequired.
• Work closely with leadershipto provide clear,accuratefinancial insights that support day-to-day and near-term decision-making.
