Pigment Controller

We are seeking a detail-oriented and motivated Pigment Controller to join our Manufacturing & Logistics team in a Kitchener facility. This is a permanent, afternoon shift position (2 : 20 pm – 10 : 30 pm, Monday to Friday) designed for a professional who excels in precision weighing and inventory management. In this role, you will be primarily responsible for controlling, weighing, labeling, and staging pigments and additives according to specific work orders. As a key contributor to our team, you will ensure that every batch meets exact specifications while maintaining a safe and organized workspace.

The Pigment Controller also serves a vital secondary function as a backup to the Colour side Blender Operator. This position within our Manufacturing & Logistics department requires a candidate with strong physical stamina for heavy lifting and significant experience operating both counterbalance and stand-up reach forklifts. You will be responsible for recording raw material codes and lot numbers within a paperless system, requiring basic computer literacy and a sharp eye for detail to prevent contamination. Because accuracy is paramount in our processes, all candidates must pass a basic math test during the application process.
