Job description

Triple O’s is a BC based premium quick service brand, famous for incredibly delicious award-winning burgers, fresh cut fries and premium hand scooped milkshakes. A great place to visit and a great place to work.

No. 3 Road Abbotsford location is currently looking for a Manager!

In addition to day-to-day shift management and administration, Managers are responsible for:

  • Working “hands-on” with the team
  • Maintaining the highest standards of service, cleanliness and food safety
  • Demonstrating a “guest first” approach always
  • Hiring and training their staff
  • Promoting their operation in the local market
  • Coordinating in-store promotions
  • Developing and meeting financial plans

Job Requirements:

  • Previous supervisory experience
  • Passion for service and commitment to quality
  • Conceptual understanding of restaurant operational controls and financial statements
  • A thorough understanding of Food Safe and WorkSafe requirements
  • A proven record of training and developing a team
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • High energy and enthusiasm
  • Commitment to continuous learning and improvement
