Position Overview
Reports to : Project Director
Direct Report(s) : Project Coordinator
Youll be at the forefront of overseeing and coordinating impactful construction projects from preconstruction to completion. In this critical role, youll lead contract administration, manage budgets, and drive project schedules, all while fostering strong collaboration with clients, consultants, and trade partners. Your expertise will ensure that projects not only meet but exceed expectations in quality, efficiency, and cost-effectiveness. This is a unique opportunity to play a vital role in our continued growth and success, making a lasting impact on both our clients and the Durwest Building Experience!
Key Focus Areas
Project Leadership & Team Management
- Lead all phases of construction projects from kickoff through closeout, owning schedule, budget, and overall execution.
- Provide clear leadership and mentorship to the project team, including proactive management of Project Coordinator(s).
- Maintain a strong on-site presence, leading meetings, resolving issues, and driving progress.
Contract & Project Administration
Financial Management & Cost Control
Scheduling & Project Execution
Preconstruction & Stakeholder Coordination
Safety, Quality & Compliance
