Position overview:

We are seeking a Client Care Coordinator to join our Client Care team! In this role, you will be responsible for administrative duties within the clinic, providing an exceptional client experience, and driving sales of our products and services.

This is a permanent, full-time position based onsite at our Surrey / White Rock, BC HearCANADA Clinic. Typical hours of work are Monday through Friday during mall hours (clinic is located in the Semiahmoo Shopping Centre) which can fall between 10:00 am and 8:00 pm local time.

This is a 3 month contract position with potential for extension or consideration for other roles. The contract is expected asap through Oct 2026 and as such, only candidates with availability beyond summer hours will be considered.

Compensation for this role is $22- $24.50/hour based on experience

What you'll do:

  • Provide an exceptional and individualized client experience for clients visiting and contacting the clinic

  • Manage the clinic schedule by booking and rescheduling appointments; follow-up on missed appointments or with appointment reminders

  • Making product and payment recommendations to enhance the client journey

  • Support with maintaining physical and electronic records

  • Perform basic hearing aid maintenance and product questions

  • Participate in local events and marketing initiatives to support HearCANADA branding and networking within the local community

  • Educate patients on billing and payment options; perform AR duties as assigned

What we're looking for:

  • Experience in a customer-facing role - you bring 2+ years of experience working in sales, retail, a busy office, or a clinic environment and are comfortable interacting with customers

  • Sales acumen - comfortability in recommending products and services to clients

  • Customer-centric attitude - you are comfortable interacting with diverse client groups and networking within the community to position HearCANADA as the region's number one choice for hearing care services

  • Team-player - you work well with others and appreciate what can be accomplished with support from colleagues

  • Comfortability in working on a contract basis with full-time hours through October 2026
