Role Overview – Tire Stewardship BC (TSBC) – Victoria, BC

On behalf of our client, Tire Stewardship BC (TSBC) , we are searching for a Program Administrator in Victoria, BC.

Reporting to the Operations Manager, the Program Administrator plays a central role in the effective day‑to‑day operation of TSBC’s recycling program. This role provides administrative, claims, data, and stakeholder support and serves as a key point of connection between TSBC, program participants, and the public.

Pay Range

CA$60,000.00 / yr – CA$65,000.00 / yr. This range is provided by TallSky Consulting Group. Your actual pay will be based on your skills and experience.

Responsibilities

  • Process and review participant claims and invoices.
  • Prepare reports and trends analysis for management.
  • Act as the primary contact for all claim and general program questions.
  • Maintain accurate participant records in TSBC systems.
  • Respond to incoming phone and email inquiries.
  • Monitor and help resolve data or system issues, including testing updates.
  • Track and manage all scrap tire collection issues and consumer complaints.
  • Provide general administrative and project support as needed.

What You Bring

  • 3–5 years of experience in an administrative, program support, or operations role.
  • A diploma or degree in Business or Office Administration, Program Management, or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
  • Experience processing claims, invoices, or similar submissions with strong attention to detail.
  • Comfort working with databases, spreadsheets, and MS Office.

  • Ability to work independently while contributing positively to a small team.
  • Exceptional attention to detail with the ability to identify errors, inconsistencies, and system issues.

TSBC offers a competitive salary range of CA$60,000 to CA$65,000, paid time off, a health care spending account, parking or a public transit pass, secure bike storage, and on‑site shower and changing rooms.
