QUALIFICATIONS :
Education, Training And Experience
A level of education, training and experience equivalent to a Bachelor's Degree in a related health discipline and five (5) years' experience with service in program specific or paediatric rehabilitation that includes management experience, and post basic education in supervision and / or management. Master's degree preferred.
Skills And Abilities
Demonstrated ability to manage and develop a productive multidisciplinary team.
Ability to develop and implement service delivery systems.
Thorough knowledge of multidisciplinary team approaches for coordination of care in a complex environment and system of care services.
Strong leadership and people management skills with the ability to motivate and delegate
Strong oral and written communication skills.
Ability to find creative solutions to problems and to develop alternative strategies to support quality improvement initiatives in a dynamic work environment.
Strong planning, critical thinking and analytical skills.
