• Strive for a single point of contact in the customer journey, maintaining an omnichannel approach to meet customers where they are most comfortable. Interact proactively to deliver excellent service and ensure a seamless customer experience with a “first time right” mindset working with prevention. Take lead in customer appointments by communicating IKEA kitchen benefits and adapting the offer through provided customer feedback in order to convert into an order as per sales steering goals.
• S’informer sur les caractéristiques, les avantages et les capacités technologiques des articles de cuisine IKEA. Prendre en main dès que possible les nouveaux outils de vente et de développement numériques, en lien avec IKEA et le rayon Cuisines.
• Comparer ouvertement et honnêtement l’offre d’articles et de services IKEA avec la concurrence de manière professionnelle. Promouvoir et vendre activement le vaste assortiment de services de cuisine disponibles pour aider les clients à effectuer des choix éclairés.
• Comprendre le plan d’affaires du magasin et du rayon Cuisines et y contribuer en atteignant les objectifs commerciaux et personnels fixés.
• Comprendre les besoins et les rêves particuliers des clients et s’informer sur les tendances, les types de ménage et les comportements d’achat des clients afin de leur proposer des solutions pertinentes, abordables, fonctionnelles et durables.
