Electric Pallet Jack Order Picker

Tasks

• Pick and assemble orders for furniture and home décor items according to order slips.
• Operate an electric pallet jack to pick and move merchandise throughout the warehouse.
• Use a barcode scanner to locate products and track orders in the system.
• Gather items and build pallets for shipping.
• Verify products, quantities, and order accuracy.
• Report missing, damaged, or non-compliant items.
• Package merchandise and secure pallets for safe transport.
• Move completed orders to designated shipping areas.
• Assist in different areas of the warehouse based on team priorities and operational needs.
• Keep work areas clean, safe, and well organized.
• Perform any other related duties.

Job requirements

• Experience using a barcode scanner is an asset.
• Be physically capable of lifting, moving, and handling furniture and other heavy or oversized merchandise.
• Be willing to work in different areas of the warehouse based on team priorities and operational needs.
• Be comfortable working in a busy, fast-paced warehouse environment.
• Be reliable, work well as part of a team, and take pride in a job well done.
• Previous experience as a warehouse associate or material handler is an asset.
• Electric pallet jack operator certification is an asset.
