Job description
We are seeking a proactive, self-starting Salesforce Developer with a specialized focus on Conga CLM to support a critical digital transformation within the pharmaceutical distribution sector. In this role, you will be the primary technical resource in Canada, supporting a US-based team that manages multi-million dollar relationships with biopharma manufacturers. While the team is currently small, it is poised for rapid expansion, offering a high-impact opportunity to influence the technology stack. You will bridge the gap between technical configuration and business needs, ensuring that account directors and managers can leverage Salesforce and Conga CLM to automate complex contract lifecycles and business workflows.

Location: Mississauga, ON (Hybrid – Min 2 days onsite)

Contract Duration: 12-month contract (Potential for Contract-to-Hire)

Schedule: Monday to Friday, CST Hours (1 hour behind Toronto)

Rate: $77.87-$97.33/hr

Advantages
Strategic Autonomy: Act as the sole developer in Canada, providing significant ownership over technical deliverables and local presence.

C2H Opportunity: Clear pathway for permanent conversion for a high-performing "self-starter."

Industry Versatility: While healthcare experience is a plus, this role welcomes top-tier talent from finance or other highly regulated industries.

Supportive Environment: Join a stable, 200-person business unit within a brand-name organization that is heavily investing in AI and automation.

Responsibilities
CLM Specialization: Serve as the subject matter expert for Conga CLM, managing both the managed application within Salesforce Service Cloud and standalone Conga instances.

Full-Stack Salesforce Development: Design, build, and enhance solutions across Service Cloud and Sales Cloud using Apex, Lightning Web Components (LWC), and platform automation.

AI & Data Enablement: Build and optimize Agentforce (agentic AI) workflows and utilize Data Cloud (Data 360) to ingestion and harmonize datasets for AI-ready applications.

Integration & Automation: Integrate Salesforce with CLM platforms and other enterprise systems to streamline contract automation and reduce manual effort for account managers.

Business Partnership: Directly engage with US-based business partners to gather requirements, facilitate rapid feedback loops, and support user acceptance testing (UAT).

Change Management: Support the adoption of new technology by keeping solutions lean, light, and intuitive, while providing structured feedback on system utilization.

Backlog Management: Independently manage and prioritize development tasks within the Jira platform.

Qualifications
Experience: 3–6 years of experience as a Salesforce Developer.

Conga Expertise: Direct, hands-on experience with Conga CLM is mandatory. This includes experience with the managed package inside Salesforce or the standalone version.

Salesforce Stack: Strong proficiency in Service Cloud (essential) and Sales Cloud (preferred).

AI & Data Mastery: Hands-on experience building and deploying agents via Agentforce and working with Data Cloud / Data 360.

Technical Skills: Expertise in Apex, LWC, and Salesforce integrations.

Communication: Exceptional communication skills with the ability to "tell a story" and challenge existing technical directions to find more efficient solutions.

Time Zone: Ability to work CST hours (9:00 AM – 5:00 PM CST / 10:00 AM – 6:00 PM EST).

Education: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field.

Summary
If you are a Salesforce Developer who thrives in an autonomous environment and has deep experience in Conga CLM, we encourage you to apply online at www.randstad.ca. Only qualified candidates will be contacted for the next steps. We look forward to hearing from you!
