Business Development Representative

At Xe, we live currencies. We provide a comprehensive range of currency services and products, including our Currency Converter, Market Analysis, Currency Data API and quick, easy, secure Money Transfers for individuals and businesses.

We leverage technology to deliver these services through our website, mobile app and by phone. Last year, we helped over 300 million people access information about the currencies that matter to them and over 225,000 people used us to send money overseas.

ABOUT THIS ROLE

We are looking for dynamic and motivated Sales Representatives to join our expanding team in Canada. You will be the first point of contact for potential customers, responsible for qualifying inbound / outbound calls and creating sales opportunities.

Your goal is to identify customer needs, provide information on our services, and drive sales through effective communication and relationship-building.

ROLES & RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Help support both outbound and inbound channels with a hyper-focus on moving leads through the sales funnel.
  • Expectation of 70-80 calls on a daily basis.
  • Provide insightful information and deliver a new perspective on how to grow their Corporate business globally.
  • Set up a minimum of five meetings on a weekly basis.
  • You will be accountable for the reach rate, and the number of qualified opportunities generated.

POSITION REQUIREMENTS

  • Outbound sales experience desirable.
  • Coachable with a willingness to learn and a commitment to excellence.
  • Superior communication, relationship building, and collaborative capabilities.
  • Exceptional verbal and written communication skills.
  • Ability to work in a team environment and have fun!
