We are currently seeking a Business Analyst to join our team in Toronto, Ontario (CA-ON), Canada (CA).

Role Summary

Supports analytics and insight initiatives by working with customer and operational data, performing statistical analysis, and contributing to dashboards and performance reporting.

Pay for this role is $89k Salary

This is an onsite role ( 5255 Orbitor Drive, SUITE 501, Mississauga, ON, L4W 5M6)

Key Responsibilities (Impact-Oriented)

• Support analysis of service data contributing to churn, AHT, and SLA improvement
• Assist with statistical analysis and data exploration
• Prepare dashboards and analytical summaries
• Support root-cause analysis for repeat contacts and service issues
• Participate in analytics-led CX improvement initiatives
• Perform data validation and quality checks

Skills & Competencies (Applied)

• Foundational analytics and data analysis skills
• Basic understanding of statistics
• Exposure to CX and service metrics
• Familiarity with Power BI or reporting tools
• Strong attention to detail
• Ability to manage multiple priorities

Candidate Profile

• 4 years of experience in analytics, reporting, or business analysis roles
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Analytics, Economics, or related discipline
• Early-career exposure to service or operations analytics
• Strong interest in data-driven decision making

Work Timings: 8 AM - 5 PM EST
