Project Manager / Production Lead

Core Responsibilities
Project Leadership :
- Plan, execute, and monitor projects from inception to final delivery, ensuring all milestones are met on time.
- Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, managing communications and meetings to ensure their expectations are exceeded.
- Oversee the work of freelance talent, making sure that deliverables are completed to the highest standard and on schedule.
- Manage feedback loops with clients and implement revisions efficiently.
Communication & Coordination :
- Maintain clear and continuous communication with clients and freelancers regarding project progress and deadlines.
- Lead internal and client-facing meetings, providing actionable summaries and next steps for the team.
- Translate client feedback into actionable tasks for freelancers and ensure alignment with project goals.
- Leverage your network to identify and engage freelance talent as needed.
Operational Support :
- Draft and manage contracts for freelancers.
- Contribute to business operations, including website management, SEO efforts, and content development.
- Assist in business development by participating in pitch meetings and helping to create proposals and quotes.
Qualifications & Skills :
- 4-5 years of experience managing projects in a creative or agency setting.
- Exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to manage client relationships effectively.
- Strong organizational and time-management skills, with a proven ability to juggle multiple projects and priorities.
- Proficiency in project management software, with a preference for experience using Notion.
- Self-motivated, able to work independently, and prioritize tasks for maximum efficiency.
- Eager to learn and grow within the role.
- Bonus : Experience in consulting or video production.
- This is a remote role, with a preference for candidates based near Toronto who can attend in-person photo or video shoots as required.
