Synergie est à la recherche de gestionnaires dynamiques pour un de nos partenaire réputé dans le domaine du commerce de détail.

PRÉSENTATION DU POSTE :

L’assistant-gérant appuie le gérant de magasin dans le déroulement quotidien des activités du magasin et, en l’absence du gérant, agit en tant que Gérant de service. Il veille à ce que les normes et procédures internes de la compagnie soient expliquées, comprises et suivies par tous les membres de l’équipe, que la prise d’inventaire soit faite de façon rapide et précise afin d’assurer le bon réapprovisionnement de la marchandise et que les normes de présentation soient suivies. L’assistant-gérant est également amener à participe au recrutement et à la formation des nouveaux employés.

COMPÉTENCES ET APTITUDES RECHERCHÉES

Minimum de deux (2) ans d’expérience dans l’industrie du commerce de détail;
Expérience en gestion d’équipe;
Flexibilité au niveau des disponibilités (jour, soir et fin de semaine);
Être capable d’organiser efficacement son temps et de gérer ses priorités;
Bonnes habiletés de leadership et de communication; et
Aptitudes à travailler dans un environnement dynamique, rapide et à haut volume
Forte capacité d’adaptation au changement et bonne gestion du stress;
La capacité de travailler dans un environnement dynamique;
Excellentes aptitudes de communication en français (orale et écrite).
