Job description

Responsibilities :

Efficiently handle customer inquiries and complaints, providing effective solutions and escalating issues when necessary
Actively engage in data entry tasks, inputting orders and other relevant information into the company's systems
Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to deliver exceptional customer service
Utilize ERP software for tracking orders, inventory, and other pertinent data to stay updated on all order statuses
Manage EDI systems and processes
Correspond regularly with warehouse teams to ensure order accuracy and delivery timelines are met
Maintain accurate and up-to-date records
Collaborate with various departments to streamline the order fulfillment process
Answer inbound calls and handle email correspondence to provide customer support and schedule appointments
Utilize Microsoft Excel and Word for various tasks

This role offers a short term contract employment opportunity.

Minimum 1+ years of experience in a customer service role.

Proficiency in answering inbound calls and managing both inbound and outbound calls.

Previous experience in a call center customer service role is advantageous.

Strong data entry skills.

Experience in email correspondence handling.

Familiarity with Microsoft Excel and Microsoft Word.

Skilled in order entry processes.

Ability to schedule appointments effectively.

Knowledge of ERP (Enterprise Resource Planning).

Experience with EDI (Electronic Data Interchange) is beneficial.

Excellent customer service skills.

Strong communication skills, both verbal and written.
