With the continued growth in the industry, Scotlynn is currently hiring After-Hours Support at our office in Brant, ON – with occasional weekend shifts at our Corporate Office in Vittoria, ON. This role is for an organized and responsible person looking to provide evening and night support to our drivers and dispatch team. Logistics & supply-chain experience is NOT a requirement; Scotlynn is a multinational produce grower and transportation provider specializing in time-sensitive refrigerated products. Corporate chef providing healthy meal options ~ Opportunities to strengthen local communities through “Community Volunteer Program” initiatives ~ The After-Hours Support team assists our Drivers, Dispatch and Fleet Managers in the evenings, overnights and weekends. You will receive requests, transmit messages, track trucks and loads, and communicate with customers, drivers and the sales and operations teams. You will be required to report to work on a 2-week shift rotation. Monday – Friday shifts are 8 hours each, Saturday and Sunday shifts are 12 hours each. Week 1 : Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday, Saturday Week 2 : Sunday, Thursday, Friday For Saturday and Sunday shifts, you are required to report to the Vittoria office. Excellent computer skills Knowledge of PC Miler, Electronic Driver Logs, Mcleod Transportation Management Software Work experience in customer-facing roles from the following industries is welcomed and appreciated : banking, retail, transportation, trades, hotels and hospitality. Provide updates to customers, Logistics Account Managers and Fleet Managers Perform other job-related duties as directed by the Fleet Manager This is a full-time, permanent role Work at our Corporate Office every other weekend Submit your application online.
