A natural ability to engage with individuals in a calm, respectful, and approachable manner helps reassure others and inspires confidence, even in high-pressure situations.As a Security Guard in a commercial setting, there is a strong emphasis on customer service and de-escalation. The role involves interacting with people across all shifts, actively listening to concerns, and resolving conflicts professionally while maintaining a safe, secure, and welcoming environment.
Successful candidates demonstrate composure, strong observation skills, and a proactive approach to identifying and addressing potential risks before they escalate. Clear communication, empathy, and professionalism are essential to ensure all individuals feel respected while adhering to site protocols.Flexibility is essential for this position. The selected candidate must be able to cover additional event shifts throughout April, May, June, July, and August, as required.
