Position : Infrastructure Analyst

Our client is currently seeking an IT Infrastructure Analyst to join their team. They have a collaborative team and an amazing work culture with great growth potential!
This role will require experience with O365, Azure Cloud, VM, Ticketing Systems, Server Support, and Network Administration.
Your new role :
You will be responsible for monitoring and maintaining servers, operating systems, and software, administering Microsoft 365 applications, providing Tier 3 technical support, following change management and incident management procedures, maintaining hardware and software inventories, traveling for installations and maintenance, ensuring security applications are up to date, enforcing IT policies, performing server backups and restores, documenting infrastructure, meeting support and personal goals, evaluating new technologies, assisting in disaster recovery activities, drafting monthly operational reports, and providing after-hours support as needed.
Key Requirements :
- Hands-on technical knowledge of in-house network, server, and platform operating systems.
- Knowledge of Microsoft products and solutions including, Azure AD , InTune, SharePoint Online and Exchange Online.
- Experience with Microsoft corporate office solutions such as Active Directory, Microsoft Office, Windows 10 & 11 Enterprise.
- Strong system administration (Linux / Unix or Windows) at the command-line level.
- Experience with creating, running, and maintaining PowerShell scripts .
- Proficient in creating and configuring Active Directory Group Policy Objects
- Hands-on software and hardware troubleshooting experience.
- Experience with data management and knowledge of data privacy practices and laws
- Experience documenting and maintaining configuration and process information.
- Working experience in Microsoft Azure , including public cloud operations, networking, Storage and archiving.
- Security, identity, and access management : IAM in the cloud.
- Understanding of IT process, governance, and IT frameworks.
- Excellent oral, written and telephone communication skills.
- IT technical certifications such as ITIL Foundation, Microsoft Azure Administrator Associate, Azure Fundamentals, 365 Fundamentals, Cisco CCNA / CCNP are an asset.
