We are currently seeking an efficient and detail-oriented Dispatcher for a busy distribution company. The Dispatcher will organize and manage schedules and routes for our drivers, ensuring deliveries are timely and meet our high standards of service.
Responsibilities :
- Plan and coordinate daily logistics operations with a proactive approach.
- Efficiently transmit information between customers, drivers, and warehouse staff.
- Resolve any arising problems or complaints from drivers or customers.
- Monitor progress of deliveries with drivers and ensure compliance with delivery schedules.
- Safeguard driver adherence to stipulated routes, schedules and enforce safety policies.
