Physical Fitness : Ability to stand, walk, and respond quickly to situations. Communication Skills : Strong verbal and written communication for report writing and incident handling. Situational Awareness : Ability to remain calm under pressure and make sound decisions. Reliability : Punctual, responsible, and able to work independently or as part of a team. First Aid Certification : Standard First Aid and CPR certification (or willingness to obtain) is an asset. Job Summary
Chief Isaac Group is seeking a Security Guard to protect company properties, assets, employees, and tenants by maintaining a safe and secure environment. This role requires a responsible and observant individual with strong attention to detail and a commitment to safety.
Key Responsibilities
- Property Protection : Monitor premises to prevent theft, vandalism, and unauthorized access.
- Patrolling : Conduct regular foot and vehicle patrols of designated areas.
- Incident Response : Respond to alarms, disturbances, and emergencies in a timely and professional manner.
- Access Control : Verify identification, manage entry points, and enforce security policies.
- Surveillance Monitoring : Observe security cameras and report any suspicious activities.
- Report Writing : Maintain accurate logs, incident reports, and security documentation.
- Customer Service : Provide assistance and guidance to employees, tenants, and visitors as needed.
- Health & Safety Compliance : Ensure adherence to workplace safety procedures and emergency protocols.
