Someone who is equally comfortable leading executive searches, analyzing workforce trends, leveraging AI-powered recruitment tools, and providing strategic advisement to people leaders on talent decisions that will impact the College for years to come.

As our Senior Partner, Talent Acquisition & Workforce Management, you'll play a critical role in shaping the future workforce of one of Canada's leading colleges. You will:

  • Support workforce forecasting and staffing plans across a 12-month horizon

  • Monitor workforce trends and resource requirements

  • Provide recommendations on workforce allocation and talent strategies

  • Interpret collective agreements and staffing requirements to support operational decisions

  • Help leaders balance service delivery, workforce capacity, and organizational priorities

Leverage AI & Data to Improve Hiring

We believe technology should enhance the human experience, not replace it.

  • Support leaders in embedding equity, diversity, inclusion, accessibility, and belonging into recruitment decisions

  • Provide advisory support on workforce planning and talent-related challenges

  • Partner with stakeholders to drive continuous improvement
