We are currently seeking qualified adjunct faculty to teach and support the development of online courses in Data Science including Natural Language Processing Deep Learning and Reinforcement Learning but also Computer Science including IT Service Management and IT Project Management. This role will predominantly focus on course design and content development for graduate-level students in our online programs.

What youll do

Responsibilities

Teach online courses in Data Science including Natural Language Processing Deep Learning and Reinforcement Learning and Computer Science including IT Service Management and IT Project Management delivering content that is engaging clear and aligned with UFreds academic standards.

Facilitate learning in a fully online environment by providing timely feedback fostering interaction and supporting student success.

Support the development and refinement of course materials in collaboration with the Academic and Program Development teams.

Contribute to the creation or improvement of assessments and learning activities ensuring they reflect graduate-level expectations and real-world application.

Participate in course reviews offering instructional insights and suggestions for enhancing the student learning experience.

What youll need

Qualifications

A Ph.D. in Computer Science Data Science or a closely related field is required.

Previous experience in curriculum development and / or online course design ideally at the post-secondary level.

Strong understanding of adult education and online learning best practices.

Familiarity with learning management systems (LMS) and educational technology tools.

Excellent written communication and organizational skills.
