About the Role
We are seeking an experienced Zero Trust Network professional to support a large-scale Zero Trust initiative. This role will focus on planning, implementing, and supporting Cisco Secure Workload (CSW), a core platform enabling micro-segmentation and policy enforcement across on-premises, cloud, and hybrid environments.
If you have deep expertise in Zero Trust architecture, cloud security, and hands-on experience with Cisco Secure Workload, we'd love to connect.
Key Responsibilities
Plan, design, implement, and support Cisco Secure Workload infrastructure
Modernize and manage enterprise network infrastructure
Ensure high availability of IT network services in alignment with SLAs
Perform hands-on upgrades, implementation, and troubleshooting of network hardware and software
Execute software and hardware upgrades and migrations
Monitor, analyze, and report on network performance and security posture
Diagnose and resolve network issues
Develop and maintain network documentation and procedures
Contribute technical expertise to cross-functional IT initiatives
Lead or participate in networking projects end-to-end
Support collaborative service delivery through cross-training and workload sharing
Provide training and knowledge transfer to internal teams
Communicate effectively with technical teams and business stakeholders
Required Qualifications Education
Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science or a related field
Certification
Certificate of Competence in Zero Trust (CCZT) Cloud Security Alliance
Experience
6+ years in Cloud and Hybrid Environment Security
6+ years in Continuous Monitoring and Threat Detection
5+ years designing and implementing Zero Trust architectures
5+ years developing and documenting Zero Trust best practices
5+ years hands-on experience with Cisco Secure Workload
5+ years experience with Zero Trust Network Access (ZTNA) deployment
Nice to Have
8+ years collaborating across cross-functional teams
5+ years in public sector or compliance-heavy environments (e.g., NIST, DoD, PCI-DSS)
8+ years in project documentation and reporting
8+ years stakeholder communication experience
8+ years training and mentoring technical teams
