Job Overview: Domus Building Cleaning Company Ltd. is looking for an Operations Coordinator for an immediate position located within the Ottawa area. Domus has been in operation for over 50 years with more than 600 employees in Ottawa and has an excellent reputation as a janitorial services provider. Duties and Responsibilities: · Coordinate daily operations between operations manager and clients/employees · Generate and submit existing client quotes for extra services
· Communicate with customers, suppliers, and internal teams in English and French
· Coordinate pick up of orders purchased from suppliers
· Monitor and organize office supplies, collaborating with colleagues as necessary · Assist with tablets on site, for clock in and clock out issues/troubleshoot · Other duties and responsibilities as required Required Skills/Abilities:
