Job Types: Temporary to Full-time
Pay Rate: Starting from $22/ hr final rate based on experience
Work Location: NE Calgary, AB
Schedule: Monday-Friday, 8:00am-4:30pm (Occasional flexibility may be required based on operational needs)

What You Will Do:
1. Support day-to-day HR operations and administrative functions
2. Coordinate onboarding and orientation for new employees
3. Assist with recruitment activities including job postings, interview scheduling, and candidate communication
4. Maintain employee files and HR documentation with a high level of confidentiality
5. Track employee certifications, training, and compliance requirements
6. Support attendance tracking, employee communications, and HR reporting
7. Assist with benefits administration and employee inquiries
8. Coordinate health & safety documentation and support compliance initiatives
9. Prepare employment letters, HR forms, and internal communications
10. Support employee engagement initiatives and company events
11. Work closely with leadership to support workforce planning and staffing needs
What You Have to Offer:
1. Previous experience in an HR Coordinator, HR Administrator, or Recruitment Coordinator role.
2. Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
3. CHRP designation (or working toward designation) considered an asset.
4. Diploma or education in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field preferred.
5. Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
6. Ability to maintain confidentiality and professionalism.
7. Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
8. Experience working with Microsoft Office Suite and HR systems, experience with BambooHR would be considered an asset.
9. Ability to work independently and manage competing priorities.
10. Positive attitude and strong customer service mindset.
11. Experience in transportation, logistics, industrial or aviation environments is considered an asset.
12. Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation preferred.
