This role is part of a team within the Sanctions Name screening Team, known for teamwork, recognition, and success. The Account Resolution Specialist I reviews and identifies Sanctions / PEP Watchlist Management (WLM) alerts, conducting initial reviews to close or escalate alerts for further investigation. This involves monitoring alert status, prioritizing cases to meet SLAs, and ensuring quality through adherence to FIU procedures and guidelines. Responsibilities include reviewing Adverse Media and MSB alerts, escalating appropriately, and maintaining accurate documentation. The ideal candidate will have experience in a fast-paced environment working with large datasets and possess knowledge of AML and fraud.
Position : Account Resolution Specialist I
Shift : Monday-Friday, 7 : 30 AM - 4 : 30 PM (Hybrid - Tuesday & Thursday in office, training for first 2 weeks fully in office)
Location : Hybrid, Toronto

Responsibilities
