Your work environment at EXP
In this role, you will be a part of the Technology Design team, of the Buildings Sector, based in the Markham, ON office. The ability to work from the Brampton and / or Hamilton office locations are available as well.
What a day at EXP has in store for you
- Be capable of developing the design and project management of IT, AV, and Security systems with senior staff’s support.
- Conduct site survey for existing conditions when required.
- Work and collaborate with design team, clients, users, construction team, suppliers, and manufacturers.
- Attending site meetings during construction with senior staff member’s support.
- Prepare meeting minutes or site inspection reports.
- Contribute to all aspects of creating standards and system level designs.
- Assist with other general tasks when needed.
- Develop system design knowledge for various systems.
- Interpret and compose technical specifications documents.
- QA / QC documents and attention to detail and accuracy.
