Overview
Marmon Industrial Water designs and manufacturers water and wastewater treatment equipment solutions, under the brand names Graver Water Systems and Ecodyne. Our technologies include raw water pretreatment, filtration, ion exchange, demineralization, degasification, hot lime softening, boiler make-up, condensate polishing, wastewater treatment, cooling, and oil / water separation for markets such as petrochemical / chemical, power generation and heavy industrial plants.
Marmon Industrial Water Limited is part of Marmon Holdings—backed by Berkshire Hathaway. We are seeking an experienced and proactive Project Manager to lead capital equipment projects from detailed planning and engineering through to delivery, installation and commissioning.
Responsibilities
The following responsibilities are the core duties of this role (not exhaustive) :
- Acts as Project Manager (PM) for assigned projects, and backup for other PMs as needed.
- As the focal point of external contact with the customer and the leader of an internal project team, models and builds a culture of customer service excellence.
- Manage the technical and commercial project scope, resolve issues and scope change requests quickly, and keep the project on schedule.
- Monitor and report project metrics to ensure progress against targets, and that schedule and financial obligations are met or exceeded.
- Communicate and report project status regularly, proactively, and effectively.
- Adhere to established methodologies and processes for project management.
- Incorporate lessons learned and customer closeout findings to identify areas for improvement and make recommendations based on those findings.
- Contribute to process improvement and change initiatives to support Marmon Industrial Water’s continued success.
- Perform other duties as required.
