About the Role

The Sr. Technical Integrations Consultant works closely with the client’s project team to design, develop, and deploy a customer’s various technical requirements. These requirements include integrations between Workday and adjacent systems in the customer landscape, migration of data from existing customer systems to Workday, and relevant reporting and analytic solutions. The Sr. Technical Consultant has knowledge of core design principles, common data modeling and patterns, project implementation methodology, and a successful track record of delivering.

Le Consultant(e) Technique Sénior en Intégrations travaille en étroite collaboration avec l’équipe de projet du client pour concevoir, développer et déployer les différentes exigences techniques du client. Ces exigences comprennent notamment les intégrations entre le système Workday et les systèmes adjacents dans l’environnement du client, la migration des données des systèmes existants du client dans le système Workday, ainsi que la mise en place de solutions de production de rapports et solutions analytiques. Le Consultant(e) Technique Sénior en Intégrations possède une bonne connaissance des principes fondamentaux de la conception, du modelage et des schémas de données connus, des méthodes de mise en œuvre de projets, et est reconnu(e) pour mener à bien les projets qu’il ou elle entreprend.

About You

We look for team members who will suggest creative and new ways to develop and deliver technical solutions. You should be an innovative self-starter who can drive ideas from concept through implementation.

This role does require a candidate to be bilingual: English/French

Basic Qualifications

  • 5+ years of experience with integration development, report building, or software development
  • 5+ years of experience with technical consulting, requirements gathering, or solution design
  • 5+ years Financials, Supply Chain, Revenue, Spend or Performance Management domain experience
  • Because this role will support clients in Quebec, Canada along in other Canadian provinces, this role does require a candidate to be bilingual: English/French.

Other Qualifications

  • Advanced understanding of the complete software implementation lifecycle
  • Active Workday Implementer Certification or Workday PRO Certification
  • Participation in minimum of 3 full life cycle software implementations
  • Experience taking a leadership role within a software, system, or application implementation.
  • Advanced skills with EDI, Web Services, XML, XSLT, Java, .Net or other integration technology
  • Advanced skills with Workday integration technologies such as EIB, Document Transformation, Workday Studio and Orchestrate
  • Advanced understanding of the complete software implementation lifecycle - including integrations requirements gathering, design, development, testing, and move to production
  • 5+ years of experience through all stages of a project lifecycle including requirements gathering, integration design, development, integration testing, and move to production
  • Experience leading an Integration workstream on a software implementation

Qualifications de base

  • Au moins 5 ans d’expérience en développement d’intégrations, en création de rapports ou en développement logiciel
  • Au moins 5 ans d’expérience en consultation technique, en collecte d’exigences ou en conception de solutions
  • Au moins 5 ans d’expérience dans l’un des domaines suivants : gestion financière, chaîne d’approvisionnement, revenus, dépenses ou gestion de la performance
  • Étant donné que ce poste consiste à soutenir des clients au Québec, au Canada, ainsi que dans d'autres provinces canadiennes, le bilinguisme (anglais/français) est requis.

Autres qualifications

  • Compréhension approfondie du cycle de vie complet d’une mise en œuvre logicielle
  • Certification (active) en implementation Workday ou Workday PRO
  • Participation à au moins trois cycles de vie complets de mise en œuvre logicielle
  • Expérience dans un rôle de premier plan au cours d’une mise en œuvre de logiciel, de système ou d’application
  • Habiletés supérieures en technologies d’intégration telles que EDI, Services Web, XML, XSLT, Java, .Net ou autres
  • Habiletés supérieures en technologies d’intégration Workday, telles que le Créateur d’interfaces Entreprise (EIB), Document Transformation et Workday Studio
