  • Ability to use tools, testing equipment, and service-related materials properly
  • Reliable transportation if travel between sites is required
  • Strong attention to detail and dependable work habits
  • Ability to follow instructions, technical procedures, and service schedules
  • Professional attitude and ability to work independently or as part of a team

Preferred Skills

  • Experience with residential, commercial, or mixed HVAC service work
  • Familiarity with maintenance schedules, inspections, and service documentation
  • Ability to read diagrams, equipment information, and technical notes
  • Strong problem-solving ability and practical troubleshooting skills
  • Good communication and customer service skills
  • Relevant licensing, certifications, or trade qualifications where required
  • Willingness to continue learning and growing within the trade

Compensation and Growth
This position offers competitive pay based on experience, qualifications, and overall fit. It can also provide long-term growth for candidates who demonstrate strong workmanship, reliability, and the ability to take on additional responsibilities over time.

Schedule
