Responsibilities
Business Development & Account Management: Proactively identify target clients, conduct sales prospecting, and expand strategic accounts across advanced manufacturing industries.

Technical Opportunity Evaluation: Review engineering drawings, RFQs, material requirements, and component specifications to formulate optimal technical and commercial proposals.

Client Relationship Building: Cultivate trusted, long-term relationships across engineering, purchasing, and executive leadership teams to anticipate client needs.

Sales Pipeline Tracking: Manage the sales lifecycle, maintain accurate CRM records, forecast future revenues, and communicate market insights to leadership.

Qualifications
Proven Sales Track Record: Demonstrated success in technical sales, client prospecting, and account growth within industrial or manufacturing sectors.

Technical & Blueprint Reading Skills: Capability to interpret engineering drawings, specifications, and manufacturing requirements (familiarity with CNC machining, milling, turning, or specialized alloys is a strong asset).

Strong Communication & Negotiation: Excellent verbal and written skills to engage effectively with both technical engineers and commercial decision-makers.

Licensing & Mobility: Valid driver’s license with willingness to travel to customer sites within the region.
