Job Title: IBM TRIRIGA Technical Lead

Job Description

We are seeking an experienced IBM TRIRIGA Technical Lead with 10 15 years of IT experience and strong hands-on expertise in IBM TRIRIGA / IBM Maximo Real Estate and Facilities. The ideal candidate will lead technical delivery across implementation, configuration, customization, integration, testing, deployment, upgrades, and production support.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead IBM TRIRIGA technical solution design, configuration, customization, enhancement, and implementation activities
• Translate business requirements and BRDs into functional and technical design specifications
• Work across TRIRIGA modules including Real Estate, Lease, Space, Facilities, Operations, Maintenance, Service Management, and Capital Projects
• Configure and extend TRIRIGA using Data Modeler, Workflow Builder, Form Builder, Application Designer, portals, queries, reports, and security configuration
• Guide developers on coding, configuration, troubleshooting, peer reviews, and technical best practices
• Design and support integrations between IBM TRIRIGA and enterprise applications using REST/SOAP APIs, integration objects, ETL, and data migration approaches
• Participate throughout the SDLC including requirements analysis, design, development, unit testing, SIT, UAT, deployment, and warranty support
• Troubleshoot production issues, perform root-cause analysis, and coordinate resolution with support, infrastructure, and vendor teams
• Support data migration, reporting, performance analysis, and data quality activities
• Prepare solution design documents, configuration guides, deployment plans, SOPs, support handover documents, and release notes
• Ensure adherence to coding standards, security, performance, audit, data quality, and change management requirements
• Identify technical risks, dependencies, and mitigation strategies
• Support estimation, task planning, work allocation, technical reviews, and knowledge transfer
• Keep current with TRIRIGA/Maximo product capabilities, patches, upgrades, and platform roadmap

Required Qualifications

• 10 15 years of IT experience with strong hands-on IBM TRIRIGA implementation, enhancement, upgrade, and support experience
• Strong understanding of IWMS, real estate, and facilities management processes
• Hands-on experience with TRIRIGA Data Modeler, Workflow Builder, Form Builder, Application Designer, portals, queries, reports, and security
• Strong experience with TRIRIGA integrations, data migration, reporting, performance troubleshooting, and production support
• Working knowledge of SQL and relational databases such as Oracle, DB2, or SQL Server
• Experience with Java/J2EE, JavaScript, XML, JSON, REST, and SOAP services
• Experience with BIRT or equivalent reporting tools
• Knowledge of application servers such as WebSphere/Liberty
• Experience with Git, Azure DevOps, JIRA, or similar development and release management tools
• Understanding of CI/CD, incident management, change management, and production support processes
• Strong technical leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills
