Job descriptionRespond to incoming service tickets from various locations in a timely manner Perform general building maintenance and repairs such as electrical, plumbing, painting, patching walls, and hanging shelves Troubleshoot facility equipment issues to determine necessary repairs Assess repair projects for required supplies and equipment Conduct routine maintenance tasks such as changing light bulbs and door locks Maintain property appearance by removing garbage, mowing lawns, landscaping and snow removal Perform other duties and tasks as required Minimum 3 years of experience in general maintenance or other maintenance positions where you were required to recognize electrical, plumbing, and mechanical malfunctions or equipment failures. Able to operate equipment such as a riding lawn mower, skid steer, payloader, and telehandler, as well as pull various trailers with a pickup truck Formal training in operating a payloader, telehandler, or skid steer is preferred. Formal training in HVAC, plumbing and electrical systems or related fields is an asset. Able to maintain a professional demeanour and appearance while working at our customer’s locations Able to perform physically demanding work, which includes standing, walking, crouching and the ability to lift 50 lbs The ability and willingness to travel to locations outside of Lethbridge Available to work at varying times, dependent on the work that needs to be completed A Valid Driver’s License and a clean 3-year drivers abstract 3 years of verifiable insurance driving with a clean insurance record
