What you’ll do:
Process and troubleshoot customer orders, coordinate with distribution and supply chain, and support adoption of ordering tools.
Leverage product, program, and promotion knowledge to help grow sales with existing customers.
Support new customer onboarding, provide ongoing training, and assist with system setups and initial inquiries.
Prepare and organize data such as order guides, pricing materials, and business review content for the sales team.
Set up and update customer contract pricing, process pricing credits, and assist with item comparisons for bids and quotes.

The Team: You will work closely with other Business Support Assistants and will report directly into the Supervisor, Business Support. This team strives to cultivate a culture of autonomy, collaboration and innovation.

Who you are:
You are looking for a career in Sales & Marketing and:
- Have 3-6 years of experience working in a sales or Business Support environment. Experience within the wholesale/retail food industry preferred.
- Have a One-year Certificate in Business or related field. (a combination of relevant education and experience may be considered).
- Familiarity with retail and / or foodservice operations would be an asset.
