Our flagship products, DaoAI World and DaoAI AOI, are transforming the way manufacturers optimize quality control and automation. DaoAI World is an AI vision annotation and model training platform designed to streamline data preparation and AI deployment. DaoAI AOI (Automatic Optical Inspection) is an edge solution designed for defect detection with fast inference speeds and integration with industrial equipment.We're looking for a Technical Sales Engineer to join our innovative and dynamic team to help drive adoption of our solutions.Job ResponsibilitiesSales & Business Development : Drive sales of the DaoAI World and DaoAI AOI systems by identifying customer needs and recommending solutions.Build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders in the manufacturing and automation industries.Technical Support : Provide expert-level support to customers, ensuring smooth implementation and integration of our systems into their production lines.Troubleshoot technical issues related to product deployment and use.Product Training & Education : Record tutorial videos and deliver product demonstrations for customers.Create and maintain product documentation, including blog posts, user guides, and FAQs.Market & Customer Feedback : Gather feedback from customers and the market to provide input for product development and improvements.Stay up-to-date on industry trends to anticipate customer needs and challenges.QualificationsBachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
