Department Overview

Business Banking Digital Customer Channel has been on a journey to create our new digital banking platform - TD Business Central - offering Business Banking customers secure, convenient, and connected banking solution. We are on a transformational journey, offering a breadth of currently available capabilities with more to come as we continue to evolve and introduce new services and features.

Job Details

This will be a Senior Developer role to lead the creation of comprehensive end-to-end detailed solutions for projects and platforms with overall accountability for the technical design and delivery of a specific technical solution based on requirements from stakeholders.

Key Accountabilities

• Design, develop, and maintain Java applications using Spring Boot framework.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define, design, and ship new features.
• Identify and address application and data issues and cross-capability and cross-release issues that affect application integrity.
• Conduct program / system research, analysis, detailed design and problem resolution
• Optimize application performance and troubleshoot issues as they arise.
• Adhere to standard security coding practices to ensure application is free of most common coding vulnerabilities
• Stay updated with the latest industry trends and technologies to drive continuous improvement.
• Must be a self-starter, demonstrated ability to take independent action to achieve results.

Skills & Experience

• 5-7 years of relevant experience

Nice to Have:

• Experience with shell scripting and batch applications
